Science Inside Out offers outdoor science classes that introduce students to a variety of science topics in a fun and engaging way! The goal of these classes is to foster kids’ natural curiosity and encourage a deep interest and all-round understanding of science and the relationships between communities. Students will learn about different scientific tools, scientific methods, data collection and analyzing data. Classes will focus on experiments and exploration and will also include an activity or craft. We will also have opportunities to explore nature in between our studies.

We offer flexible enrollment: start with a single class or a full session.

Science Inside Out offers several class options:

• Six-week sessions for kindergarten through 6th grade. These classes are one day a week for 3 hours over a period of 6 weeks. Different topics are covered each week and each session for the entire year (6 sessions per year).

• Friday Field Days for all grade levels. This is a single class, 3 hours long, for organized groups. Get a group of 8 or more students together and choose your date and science topic! This class is perfect for co-ops that have an interest in a specific subject area.
